Who We Are

Goodness Grows Gardens is a multi-discipline natural garden business, doing garden care, vegetable growing coaching, and market gardening. We are local focused with all our work in Vancouver's North Shore. Our name, chosen by founder and operator Laura Kaario, is based on the belief that good things can grow to have a big impact, like a small seed can grow into a large plant.

We grow year-round microgreens, plus seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fresh and everlasting flowers. We also make small-batch preserves with local ingredients.

Garden care includes weeding, light pruning, planting, and other general maintenance and tidy up. We do not do lawns, pruning of trees, or hedging.
